Suraj
FOUNDER
Suraj Pabari is an ex-Googler and entrepreneur with a decade of experience in marketing and data science. He was also a lead facilitator and presenter of the Life Design program at Google, having presented this course to over 200 individuals. He has a passion for curriculum development and public speaking, and runs independent training programs for business professionals.

Ari
FOUNDER
Ari Yeganeh is a social entrepreneur and mental health advocate with a background in business and data science. He is passionate about youth mental health speaking with Batyr in high schools across Australia. Ari is also a trained telephone crisis supporter with Lifeline Australia with accrediations in Counselling and Bachelor in Commerce and Actuarial Studies.

HEAD OF MARKETING
Elena Melnykova is a marketer, graphic designer, linguist (quadrilingual) and events coordinator with qualifications in Business, Marketing, Law and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney. She is a self-learner and passionate about personal growth, contribution and helping youths find meaningful work.

Dan
Daniel is a brand strategist with over 10 years of experience working with some of the largest global brands such as Mercedes, American Express and much more. He has now joined one of the fastest-growing video app companies, TikTok. Daniel has a variety of interests ranging from human psychology, data analysis, all things creative, and in the last 5 years, mindfulness (unfortunately his experience using incense for the first time resulted in his whole apartment building being evacuted...he has not used them since!)

Zeenia
One of Zeenia superpowers is her ability to empower people and make them feel good about themselves (though she is still working on weather control!). During the day, she tackle legal questions and issues, and at night, she is an avid consumer of sci-fi and fantasy genres, and generally all things creative. She is also currently working on her very own dystopian sci-fi novel!
Her biggest goal is to continue to be better than who I was yesterday – and to see where that takes her!

Gareth
Gareth has worked with hundreds of organisations around developing their strategy, content, and story for their digital channels.
In 2016 he started Levity Coaching, combining his love of communications, both presenting and social media, with his passion for training. Levity Coaching is all about outcome driven content, with engaging delivery.

Bakari
Bakari is an entrepreneur from Chicago, running a medical procurement business in Sydney, but has a background in marketing and brand integration, most recently working for the Seven West Media network. Having a University Professor as a mother really instilled an importance on education within him, which drives his desire to be involved in the Purpose Project. Bakari believes that understanding what one wants and setting clear goals are the first steps to building an awesome life.

Arielle
Arielle has spent the past 14 years working in the travel industry and is currently a Corporate Account Manager working with large businesses throughout Asia Pacific. In between work and personal travels (solo backpacking through Central America, working events across Brazil and Spain hosting over a million people, and safari through East Africa), Arielle pursues interests such as gardening, hiking, yoga and trying to learn Spanish (many a telenovela has been watched in the process).

Lee
Originally from London, Lee is a marketing professional with over 12 years' experience with a passion for growth and problem solving. In his spare time, he combines his love of travel and photography as a visual storyteller, showcasing unique travel experiences in Australia and beyond. Oh, and peanut butter. He loves peanut butter.

Meca
Meca is a qualified and experienced facilitator and trainer working across corporate clients, TAFE and University students. Meca earned her stripes as a brand marketing specialist working on some of Australia’s favourite brands such as Arnotts biscuits, Uncle Tobys, Kit Kat and Wild Turkey but found her true passion in presenting, facilitating and helping people reach an AHA moment. She is passionate about passing on her knowledge and experience and ensuring everyone is engaged along the way. She also runs by the motto life is too short for a bad coffee and don’t be surprised if you find her hunting down the best coffee place ahead of a workshop.
